We invite our partners to join CRS and the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business for the 6th Annual Intersection of Risk and Finance Symposium, “Managing Capital and Risk in High Growth Companies.” Sponsored by Corporate Risk Solutions, LLC.
Attendees of the symposium will learn about driving measurable and portable value within a private equity firm environment. Discussion topics will also include risk evaluation, maximizing IRR, case studies, and key learning points for students.

The event will feature speaker Michael J. Frain, Senior Vice President of Shared Services of Warburg Pincus. Warbug Pincus is a private equity firm, with over $60 billion invested in more than 780 companies spanning 40 countries around the globe.

Moderating the event will be Joseph Coughlin, Founder and CEO of Corporate Risk Solutions, LLC. Mr. Coughlin is a risk management veteran of 30+ years. Most notably, he aggregated the largest centralized block of private equity insurance buying power in the industry and has been an active investor in several private equity and venture capital partnerships.
