CRS will assist in any claim review process and convey the necessary steps to be taken either as loss control or adjustment practices, while helping to establish best practices in claims mitigation, reporting and handling. CRS becomes an integral part of its clients’ claims / litigation teams to enhance deliverables and accelerate attention and contribution provided by the insurance industry.

In the event of a major property damage or business interruption claim we will work to accurately assess damage and business interruption loss to present proper documentation to the brokers and insurers.

In the event of a major liability claim, CRS will work to establish the course of action needed. We will also assist with loss mitigation efforts and serve as your claims management advocate.

In the event of a Director's and Officer's or other management, executive or professional liability claim, we will work to help our clients navigate coverage issues, allegations, defense strategies, preparations of claims notices and advocacy to achieve enhanced results.
