A Senior Vice President of CRS, Roger P. Hohne brings to CRS over 15 years of experience in various underwriting, brokerage and client advisory roles within the insurance industry. Roger handles all aspects of client risk advisory work, with particular focus on overall risk management advice and client retention.

Prior to joining CRS in February 2005, Roger was a Director at Frank Crystal & Co., a large national insurance broker, where he led a team focused on client service, market negotiations and comprehensive risk management strategies spanning all aspects of client's property and casualty programs.

Roger has earned the CPCU designation. He holds a bachelor's degree from Lycoming College.
