As a Partner of Corporate Risk Solutions, LLC (CRS), Kimberly Patlis Walsh brings over 15 years of insurance underwriting, sales and marketing, and multinational client advisory and risk management experience to her CRS engagements.

Prior to joining CRS in September 2003, Kimberly served as Senior Vice President of AIG's Mergers & Acquisitions Division, structuring insurance and financial solutions to help companies limit or transfer liabilities within mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate transactions. Concurrently, she held the position of Vice President of AIG's Domestic Brokerage Group and was part of a team focused on enhancing the profitability of AIG's insurance and investment clients and deepening strategic relationships in all asset classes.

Previously, Kimberly was in investor relations at a NYSE-listed company and a paralegal at a large New York law firm.

She is active in the private equity, hedge fund and venture capital community and is a member of the Association of Capital Growth (ACG). She is also involved with the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).

She holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
