A Partner of Corporate Risk Solutions, Jim has more than 22 years of experience in risk management consulting, retail brokerage and alternative risk transfer techniques.

Prior to joining CRS in May 2002, Jim spent 16 years with a large global retail brokerage firm, including as the Managing Director for the firm's Strategic Risk Management Practice in the South Region. His role included oversight of relationship management, property broking, casualty broking, reinsurance broking, claims consulting, risk control and financial/analytical services. Over the years he has served a variety of industry segments and worked closely with client captives.

He has participated in a number of panels and seminars sponsored by the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).

Jim holds a bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
